 As a brand new client of the Latimer team I must say that my life in the last three months has been touched, moved and inspired in so many different ways in working with Lyle and Christy.  My whole life I always dreamed of competing in a figure show but felt that I had a huge road block in getting that achievement becasue I didn't really know how to train for one without hating it especailly the diet part.  It wasn't until I met with Lyle and Christy that I knew that my dream would come true and as I made the very first step by entering the Bluffs Classic(Sep2008 beginner) show that day from that moment on my whole life completly changed (i thank God that I fianlly found two Amazing people that were educated and knew exaclty how to train me the "Right" way for what I wanted to do including my diet, supplements,posing,workouts and yes of course the most important one of all keeping me sane during the training!!! 
 
    As I stared this journey back in the end of July I yes had second thoughts but week by week as I met with Chritsy and Lyle those thoughts complety disappeared because not only was I starting to see results but let me just say the "typical diet" that people may think someone eats while training for something like this(chicken, brown rice, protein drinks, chicken.......) was totally not even close to that.  As Christy prepared my menus week after week I got more excited by the minute in knowing that I was eating things that I really enjoyed and just couldn't wait to eat my next meal of the day!!! And I actually got to eat something called "dessert" during this training and loved every single bite of it!!!! 
 
And as weeks went by and time was fast approaching for the big day September 27th I was seeing a huge transformation in my body and just couldn't believe the changes that were happening. I placed fourth in the Bluffs Classic and was very pleased and proud of my results and overall the huge changes within my body and amazed by how much I learned from this expereince!!(And I'm already looking into training for my second show with them and can't wait for it.)   This journey wasn't always the easiest at times and there were some rough days I had but if it hadn't been for the awesome support,advice,confidence and intergity that Lyle and Christy gave throughout the training I would of never of made it through this expereince. The two of them are really inspiring people to work with and have impacted my life more than they probably know and I can't thank them enough for everything!! I'm very proud to say and make it known that I'm a part of the Latimer Fitness Team!!  Thankyou and God bless you both!  Kayla Quandt

Thank you Lyle and Christy for helping me with my diet and supplements. The diets that other people recommended were boring and difficult to stick to. Your diet was easy to stick to and was way more effective. I also want to thank you guys for being my friend and looking out for what was best for me in this process. Thanks a ton for everything!!!! As a new client of Latimer Fitness, I had several areas that I needed help with. Food planning was a huge incentive when looking for a diet regiment. I found that the meal plans were easy to follow and prepare. I was given a "grocery" list as well as a plan that I needed to follow on a weekly basis, not to mention the food was GREAT!! I would recommend Latimer Fitness to everyone!

Sabrina has spoken so highly of you and your wife. I am sure it goes without saying but I know she would want you to know how much you helped her Your confidence in her and your sponsorship made a huge spiritual and mental change in Brie.
As you know her diet, workout routine, family schedule, books/work, her bigs and littles (the children) and did I say diet were starting to take its toll on her.

-----------------------------------------------------------------After winning the largest professional bench press competition at the Arnold Classic in 2007, and becoming the first 181 pound lifter to bench over 700 lbs, the extreme weight-cutting for meets started taking a toll on my body. I started getting injury after injury and kept gaining weight to try and keep my strength up. After a failed meet in May, Lyle approached me about Latimer Fitness and what they could do for me. With Christy and Lyle designing a supplement plan and diet, I have been able to drop 20 pounds in preparation for the Powerlifting Super Show at the Mr. Olympia on September 27, 2008. I am feeling great, waking up earlier, and am injury-free. After the Mr. Olympia, I plan on continuing to follow the program and bring my body weight down even further so I can compete at 165 and become the first person to bench 700 at 165 pounds.
